At Miura Golf, we strive for perfection in every club we forge; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new and unused condition. Please note that custom-built sets and personalized equipment are crafted to your specific DNA and are generally non-returnable.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Miura concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused clubs or gear in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Ship to the Forge
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned items for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
